Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from the Mauzer website. Certain items, including large products like filled punch bags, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their size and usage nature. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with all tags and accessories intact. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must email contact@mauzer.in with details of the issue. Returns will only be approved if the concern is found genuine after review by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If the return is approved, our team will provide further instructions regarding the return process and shipping.
Refund Process
Once the approved return is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed accordingly. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment method. Mauzer reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the specified conditions. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within the applicable processing period of the payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
For exchange requests, customers may return the eligible product and place a new order separately for the desired item, subject to product availability.
