Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Mauzer offers domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners. Orders below 5 kg qualify for free domestic shipping, while orders above this weight will incur applicable shipping charges.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors like courier delays, weather, or customs. Mauzer is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving issues. Any applicable international duties or taxes must be borne by the customer.
